Responsibilities
- Design, train, and ship machine learning models for user recommendations.
- Own ranking systems from experimentation to online serving and monitoring.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience building recommendation or personalization systems at scale.
- Comfortable working across the ML stack, including pipelines and infrastructure.
- Understanding of how model decisions impact user experience.
- Fluency with AI-assisted development for accelerating experimentation.
- Curiosity about emerging approaches like generative models.
- Experience taking models from prototype to production.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and define new approaches.
