Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and best practices.
- Assist in increasing the efficiency of GTM teams and scaling the GTM stack.
- Provide ongoing support and management of Salesforce configurations.
- Drive data quality and enrichment projects across systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in supporting full-stack solutions using Salesforce.
- Experience in Agentic workflows and leveraging AI for efficiency.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing.
- Experience in Salesforce customization and automation.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Skilled in leveraging CPQ tools to optimize sales workflows.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience with data cleansing and enrichment projects.
- Experience working with LeanData or related tools.
