Responsibilities
- Design, build, ship, and maintain core capabilities for North’s Agents & Automations platform.
- Develop product features that assist users in creating, running, debugging, and improving agents and automations.
- Own features end-to-end, from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Work across the stack, from frontend product surfaces to backend systems.
- Make practical technical decisions balancing speed, quality, depth, and user impact.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define outcomes and ship improvements.
- Utilize AI in your work while ensuring quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building, shipping, and operating production software for real users.
- Comfortable working across backend, frontend, product, data, and infrastructure.
- Strong product judgment and attention to detail.
- High agency with the ability to act, learn quickly, and drive change.
- Ability to maintain a high standard for correctness and user impact.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
