Base Salary
$180k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of ML product development infrastructure.
- Create and maintain a scalable and user-friendly platform for ML products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ML solutions and define best practices.
- Recruit and mentor teammates to build a world-class AI/ML engineering team.
- Address and solve technological challenges in AI-driven systems.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in CS, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering focused on ML infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of deep learning AI/ML frameworks or cloud services.
- Experience integrating software engineering with large language models.
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
