$109k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for Salesforce applications, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
- Enhance and support the enterprise automation framework for scalability, maintainability, reliability, and ease of adoption.
- Build reusable automation components, libraries, utilities, and test data strategies across UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Apply Page Object Model, data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid automation design patterns.
- Validate Salesforce customizations and configurations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain automation for Salesforce Lightning components, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
- Use generative AI to generate automation scripts, framework components, test cases, test data, API validations, coverage improvements, and root-cause analysis support.
- Evaluate AI-powered testing capabilities and establish AI-assisted testing best practices and governance standards.
- Collaborate with developers and delivery teams on application testability, requirements reviews, sprint planning, code reviews, and automation design reviews.
- Continuously improve automation coverage, effectiveness, execution efficiency, and adoption of innovative testing techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software quality assurance or quality engineering experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on automation development experience.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce applications and platforms and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks.
- Proficiency with Robot Framework, Selenium, Provar, Playwright, or equivalent technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Experience testing REST APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Experience working within Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
- Knowledge of performance, security, accessibility, and mobile testing practices.
