Responsibilities
- Make technical decisions for a squad’s product deliveries and own those decisions in production.
- Build and ship features across the full frontend and backend stack.
- Operate systems relied on by real users and learn from production failures and their impact.
- Review teammates’ code and help other engineers improve.
- Use AI coding tools daily while identifying and correcting their mistakes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience owning at least one system end to end.
- Experience shipping and operating production systems used by real customers.
- Strong depth in either frontend or backend engineering, with sufficient fluency across the stack to work full stack.
- Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Regular code review experience and the ability to improve others through reviews.
