Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy scalable software solutions for Docebo’s global SaaS platform.
- Develop primarily with Node.js and TypeScript while supporting Angular frontend development when needed.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, and QA to deliver high-performing product features.
- Write clean, efficient, documented code and participate in peer reviews.
- Refactor systems to improve performance, maintainability, and technical quality.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live applications to resolve production issues.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency with Node.js; experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or Golang is valued.
- Understanding of Scrum environments, CI/CD processes, and rapid delivery.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks.
- Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and accountability skills.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform is a bonus.
- Advanced knowledge of Git and modern development workflows is a bonus.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, is a bonus.
