Base Salary

$220k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Build beautiful, responsive, reliable websites and landing pages.
Translate product designs into code using Figma.
Develop coding guidelines, participate in code reviews, and promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Improve the security, performance, stability, testing, monitoring, and release processes of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and create cohesive experiences across product boundaries.
Build reliable, performant, and scalable systems that help product teams develop web applications without deep infrastructure expertise.

4+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
Engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
Experience creating complex user experiences with strong design and usability judgment.
Exceptional coding skills, especially with TypeScript and React or similar frontend technologies, and Go or similar backend technologies.
Familiarity with data structures, loading patterns, web frameworks, and related technical concepts.
Understanding of cryptographic systems and privacy-conscious solution design.
Ability to work independently, learn continuously, make decisions with minimal supervision, and take ownership from ideation through production.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative working habits, and ability to iterate quickly while incorporating feedback.
