Responsibilities
- Design automated SaaS delivery and operations pipelines for Azure AKS and GCP environments.
- Deploy, automate, monitor, and upgrade customer microservices solutions while meeting availability and response-time SLAs.
- Define technical problems and requirements, implement solutions, and provide feedback to engineering on product changes.
- Harden deployment environments, remediate security vulnerabilities, and work with security teams.
- Create tests, tools, and diagnostic procedures for product support personnel.
- Identify root causes, reduce deployment complexity and operational costs, and train team members on the technology stack.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree, with 5+ years of equivalent experience in a technology-related field.
- 5+ years of experience with AKS or GKS, Jenkins, DevOps, Terraform, Groovy, and automation.
- Understanding of ITIL processes including incident management, request fulfillment, change management, and root-cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with cloud, automation, CI/CD, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, InSpec, Jenkins, GitHub or BitBucket, Artifactory, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- 2+ years of experience with Unix or Python shell scripting.
- At least 1 year of experience with JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile lifecycle tools and Agile project management tools.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration and visualization tools, including any two of JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Charts, and Visio.
