Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test cases.
- Increase and maintain test coverage across components, integrations, and end-to-end flows.
- Contribute tests throughout the development lifecycle in line with feature delivery and release plans.
- Execute and analyze automated and manual test runs, identifying defects and quality risks.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve testability.
- Maintain and extend existing tests for reliability, readability, and maintainability.
- Participate in design and solution discussions from a quality and risk perspective.
- Support releases with test results, coverage insights, and sign-off input.
Requirements
- Strong experience with a variety of test automation frameworks.
- Experience testing multi-tier enterprise systems with messaging or event-driven components.
- Hands-on experience with component, integration, regression, and end-to-end automated testing.
- Experience testing backend systems or other high-performance platforms.
- Good understanding of relational databases and data-driven testing.
- Ability to write test code in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, Java, C++, or Bash.
- Strong knowledge of standard development and CI/CD tools, such as Git, TeamCity, and GitLab.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and cloud-native testing principles.
- Prior exposure to real-time, pricing, FX, or trading systems is highly desirable.
- English is required; Czech is an advantage.
