Responsibilities
- Design and evolve AI/ML architectures for classification, recommendation, prediction, and decision-support systems.
- Define model lifecycle strategies covering training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous learning.
- Architect GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI agents.
- Drive experimentation frameworks, confidence scoring, model calibration, and performance optimization.
- Build scalable data and MLOps platforms for large-scale AI workloads and real-time inference.
- Partner with Data Scientists and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions.
- Establish standards for AI governance, observability, reliability, explainability, and responsible AI.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, ML platforms, and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale AI products and deploying models into production.
- Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, vector search, MLOps, and distributed systems architecture.
