Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable SaaS solutions and autonomous AI agents for enterprise workflows.
- Develop and fine-tune machine learning models and LLM-powered agents, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG, memory, fallback logic, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop escalation.
- Integrate agents with Oracle Fusion applications, enterprise systems, APIs, business objects, approval workflows, audit trails, and governance controls.
- Build Java and Spring Boot microservices and write modular, scalable, testable, and high-performance software.
- Create technical designs, participate in domain-driven design and code reviews, and provide feedback on architecture and implementation.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitHub Actions and related tooling.
- Define agent evaluation metrics and support validation, logging, observability, incident management, and on-call procedures.
- Mentor team members, lead technical demonstrations and team practices, and collaborate with product, program, and engineering stakeholders on prioritization.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience and 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Oracle Applications Development and Oracle Fusion application modules, including AP, AR, Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, SCM, TCA, Fusion Tax, users, roles, privileges, and page customization.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio, CrewAI, LangGraph, Azure AI Foundry, multi-agent orchestration, agent personas, task decomposition, RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, guardrails, and agent evaluation.
- Strong Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, microservices, Apache Pulsar, Hibernate, and Spring JPA experience.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, JWT, OAuth, Auth0, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Oracle interfaces, and FBDI.
- Experience with OCI and preferably AWS services, plus Oracle, RDS-SQL Server, RDS-Postgres, Aurora, and Snowflake databases.
- Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, Helm, Argo CD, Datadog, HazelCast, JUnit, Mockito, Sonar, Log4j, and Logback.
- Ability to lead technical design, code reviews, incident response, on-call practices, stakeholder demonstrations, mentoring, and cross-functional prioritization.
