Responsibilities
- Build and operate Wise’s global KYC and customer verification system.
- Develop frameworks that enable regional teams to localize verification experiences and integrate local verification vendors.
- Support document collection, automated review systems, agent tooling, and compliance monitoring.
- Design systems that remain scalable and manageable as multiple teams contribute.
- Provide data and observability to analyze verification flows and demonstrate regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and product managers to improve customer experience and technical quality.
