Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Service Portal solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, business rules, and client scripts to meet business requirements.
- Use APIs and low-code development environments to extend application functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain system stability, performance, scalability, security, and compatibility.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements, facilitate knowledge sharing, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Strong experience as a Service Portal Senior Developer.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and understanding of its platform architecture and integration capabilities.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and client scripts within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code development environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
