Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead multiple teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Provide solutions to complex problems affecting multiple teams.
- Make team and cross-team technical decisions and provide influencing and advisory guidance.
- Integrate ITOM solutions with enterprise systems and tools to optimize operational workflows.
- Lead code reviews and enforce software development best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior professionals in technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- 15 years of full-time education required.
- Deep knowledge and experience as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Strong expertise designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience integrating ITOM solutions with enterprise systems and tools.
- Ability to lead code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, advisory, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
