Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction, architecture, and development standards for custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, implementation, and delivery lifecycle.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make technical and team-level decisions.
- Develop and implement technical strategies aligned with project objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional integration and delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Ensure software solutions meet scalability, performance, maintainability, and code quality expectations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and related IT operations processes and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on business-aligned solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
