Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead development and implementation of technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Guide teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make technical decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and address complex technical challenges.
- Establish development standards and ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for software integration and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and strong knowledge of related IT operations processes and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on delivering effective technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
