Responsibilities
- Build and operate Wise’s global customer verification and KYC system.
- Develop frameworks that allow regional teams to localize verification experiences and integrate local requirements.
- Support document collection, automated review systems, agent tooling, and compliance monitoring.
- Design systems with appropriate scalability, observability, data, and manageable complexity.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and product managers to improve customer and regulatory outcomes.
