Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery lifecycle of software projects.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software solutions with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to delivery timelines and quality.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex software environments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect is required.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Strong understanding of telephony systems and integrations with customer relationship management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
