Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage teams.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions applicable across multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and support skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and technical standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience developing and optimizing custom code for high-performance applications.
- In-depth knowledge of database integration and data modeling within SAP environments.
- Ability to work with agile development processes and continuous integration tools.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
