Responsibilities
- Stay updated with current research and provider offerings.
- Design and implement features for a multi-agentic platform using modern frameworks.
- Build and orchestrate data pipelines to unify workplace data into coherent coaching context.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and create supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and people science teams to ensure feature alignment.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks and bias testing for transparency and fairness.
- Develop working prototypes to validate new approaches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in taking ML/AI systems to production.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Full stack software development experience, preferably in Python, React, and PGVector.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with LLM application development, including prompt and context engineering.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take risks.
