Base Salary
$114k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Act as the product technical domain specialist and technical liaison for regional customers, field sales, and ecosystem partners.
- Develop and implement RAIN RFID solution strategies addressing customer business challenges and use cases.
- Provide technical support, training, onsite assistance, tag and inlay qualification, readpoint software support, and system testing.
- Support Impinj Endpoint ICs, readers, gateways, and software products in the field.
- Build technology demonstrations and proofs of concept with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Gather customer requirements and market needs and communicate them to product management and engineering.
- Develop technical relationships with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in RF applications engineering or related electrical engineering fields supporting enterprise customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Broad engineering knowledge spanning hardware, software, networking technologies, and enterprise solutions.
- Experience translating customer requirements into practical, buildable technical solutions.
- Knowledge of RF principles, link budgets, antenna performance, propagation, and troubleshooting performance issues.
- Strong customer service, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25–50%, including international travel.
