Responsibilities
- Act as the technical SME for DevOps practices.
- Define DevOps standards, frameworks, and governance models.
- Collaborate with Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
- Mentor and upskill DevOps engineers.
- Evaluate emerging tools and drive proof-of-concepts.
- Design and manage secure, scalable AWS infrastructure.
- Architect and implement reusable IaC modules using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Lead container strategy using Docker and implement orchestration.
- Develop advanced automation scripts using Python.
- Design and maintain monitoring and alerting frameworks.
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud architecture.
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Expert-level knowledge in Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Shell, or Groovy.
- Proven experience in Docker and AWS ECS deployments.
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred certifications include AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect.
