Responsibilities
- Manage regression suites for Eggplant Connectivity products, including release and signoff processes.
- Review and improve automated test strategies for connectivity applications.
- Validate product and component functionality across platforms to improve quality and user experience.
- Identify, document, and report software defects.
- Provide input to design and development processes to improve testability, quality, and usability.
- Develop and drive advanced testing techniques to improve project quality and productivity.
- Debug failed tests and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a QA role.
- At least 2 years of experience writing automated tests.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, QA processes, and QA concepts.
- Working knowledge of testing web-based systems.
- Programming knowledge and familiarity with Agile, Lean, and XP development practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD and Git.
- Preferred experience working from the command line on Linux and Windows.
- Preferred experience with test automation for mobile applications and test automation tools.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes or Docker for deploying test environments.
- Preferred experience with .NET.
- Preferred experience with remote desktop technologies such as VNC, RDP, or Citrix.
