Responsibilities
- Design and prototype AI-native agent solutions based on client requirements, including agent workflows, system integrations, and LoRA fine-tuned models.
- Write production-ready code integrating AI model APIs into agent frameworks such as ADK and LangChain, with supporting RAG, vector database, memory, cache, and skills components.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, throughput, and cost through prompt-chain improvements and scalable caching strategies.
- Develop evaluation frameworks and guardrails using LLM-as-a-judge and human-in-the-loop approaches to improve safety, accuracy, and reliability.
- Evaluate multiple models on common tasks and provide trade-off insights for go-to-market decisions.
- Collaborate with product and algorithm research teams to feed customer signals into product roadmaps and model development.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Understanding of AI solutions on public cloud platforms and LLM applications across industry verticals.
- Familiarity with ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Multi-Agent, and Skills-based agentic AI paradigms.
- Hands-on AI/ML project experience involving agent frameworks, PageIndex, RAG, prompt engineering, or context engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, including experience with FastAPI, PyTorch or JAX, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying models on cloud platforms.
- Preferred qualifications include academic, research, or internship experience in AI-native domains and roles such as Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or AI Agent Product/Engineer.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work proactively, independently, and with ownership.
