Responsibilities
- Assist solution architects in understanding client use cases and mapping them to Tencent Cloud products and services.
- Support solution proposals, technical documentation, and client presentations across industry verticals.
- Participate in cloud certification training materials, product workshops, and technical enablement programs.
- Research industry-specific architecture patterns and recommend ways to optimize cloud adoption.
- Collaborate with presales, product, and engineering teams and contribute to feedback loops.
- Maintain internal knowledge bases and best-practices documentation for regional and global use.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with graduation expected in 2027; candidates from other majors with strong technology interest are also encouraged to apply.
- Available to commit to a minimum three-month full-time internship.
- Previous B2B solutions architecture internship experience, especially with IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS, is advantageous but not required.
- Strong creativity, logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Interest in cloud technologies, product management, cloud product research, and user experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in Chinese Mandarin are required.
