Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales teams to identify customer challenges and technical requirements.
- Design scalable AI solutions and lead technical demos, architecture discussions, RFI/RFP responses, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Build and integrate generative AI applications involving LLMs, RAG systems, agent architectures, multimodal solutions, knowledge bases, vector databases, and APIs.
- Evaluate and optimize production systems for accuracy, latency, cost, scalability, stability, and efficiency.
- Serve as the technical lead in customer engagements and support negotiations, deal closure, account expansion, and contract execution.
- Provide product and engineering feedback, support market localization, and contribute to reusable industry AI solution frameworks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to build and integrate applications through academic, internship, or personal projects.
- Proficiency in Python is preferred.
- Familiarity with generative AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, agent systems, or multimodal models.
- Exposure to deploying applications in cloud or containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or major public cloud platforms.
- Preferred experience includes Transformer architecture fundamentals, prompt engineering, knowledge bases, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, inference optimization, and production-ready AI system design.
- Preferred candidates can connect technical solutions to business use cases and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
