Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tools and automation for application, platform, and infrastructure build, test, release, and configuration activities.
- Partner with Operations teams to integrate automated and self-service release tools and processes.
- Apply engineering best practices, identify cross-organizational synergies, and support technology and business stakeholders.
- Act as a subject matter expert and change agent for managed programs and services.
- Monitor engineering trends, vendor platforms, frameworks, applications, and emerging technologies.
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests, manage stakeholder impacts, and support governance, risk, compliance, and audit activities.
- Improve products, services, productivity, operational efficiency, and platform robustness.
- Work independently, solve complex problems, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with technical and business teams.
Requirements
- University or postgraduate degree, preferably with a strong academic background in computer science or engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering frameworks, technologies, tools, processes, procedures, organizational issues, and TD applications and systems.
- Advanced experience, knowledge, and skills in the relevant discipline.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, serve as a subject matter expert, and solve complex problems.
- Ability to manage workload, meet timelines, communicate effectively, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
