Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration projects for complex client technology environments.
- Design scalable solution architectures from business and technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients during delivery and deployment.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, support, and stakeholder teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Identify technical risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Guide solution configuration, customization, testing, and validation.
- Lead technical best-practice efforts, mentor team members, and support client reviews and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Strong skills and experience with Systematics IM or ST products or applications.
- Required COBOL programming experience.
- Advanced experience delivering enterprise software, technology, or financial-services solutions.
- Knowledge of systems integration, software development lifecycles, and solution implementation methodologies.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
- Experience leading complex projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or regulated technology environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent skills-based experience.
- Preferred experience with banking and deposits, global client implementations, distributed project teams, Agile delivery frameworks, and modern DevOps practices.
