Responsibilities
- Build backend software solutions for the Monza balance-management product in the credit card unit.
- Ensure application resilience, high availability, and performance in production.
- Plan and prioritize improvements to applications and engineering processes.
- Promote the use and integration of AI tools in solutions and throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate on architecture design and development of high-scale transactional components.
- Manage and resolve production incidents and participate in operational contingency rooms.
Requirements
- Strong backend application development skills using Go or Java.
- Experience designing microservices architectures, event-oriented systems, and REST APIs using sound development practices.
- Proficiency with system observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Grafana, New Relic, or Kibana.
- Demonstrated experience managing and resolving incidents in production environments.
