Base Salary
$125k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate product goals into intuitive, polished user experiences and contribute to features from concept through production.
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship member-facing features using AI-assisted development workflows.
- Build and maintain high-quality, performant web applications using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Design and implement responsive, mobile-first interfaces across devices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on product and UX decisions.
- Establish frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and maintainability best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack software development.
- Strong experience building production web applications with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Ability to contribute to user-facing features end-to-end from ideation through launch.
- Strong product sense and focus on intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Experience building responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments with rapid prototyping and continuous improvement.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working across the stack when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with support from senior team members.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
