Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, collect feedback, prototype solutions, and shape and build product features with designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Build end-to-end product features including backend and database work, with a strong focus on UI and UX.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Post-Sales, Marketing, and other team members to improve the product.
- Build accessible interfaces using React, Next.js, Tailwind, JollyUI, and React Aria.
- Establish UI development practices and develop a documented component library with the design team.
- Refactor existing interfaces and extract reusable components.
- Support and mentor team members in building better user interfaces.
- Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with Client Operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of full-time industry experience building frontend web applications in production.
- At least 2 years of TypeScript experience and at least 3 years of React experience.
- Understanding of React Aria or an equivalent library for accessible React components.
- Experience building a design system or using an existing component library.
- Experience using Tailwind with React.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment and take ownership of product features and technology decisions.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Preferred experience includes GraphQL and fragments, AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, AI-related user interfaces for large language models, Next.js or Express backend development, and SQL databases.
