Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to strategic enterprise customers using Cloudflare solutions, especially Workers and Workers AI.
- Lead architectural discussions, design sessions, and solution reviews in customer environments.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and develop strategic solutions with Support and Product teams.
- Manage complex customer configurations using Terraform and advise on operational stability.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Partners, Product Management, and Engineering to communicate customer insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Advise customers on security, network optimization, scalability, and performance tuning.
- Stay current with Cloudflare products and industry trends to provide forward-looking guidance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager, ideally involving cloud networking, security, or web infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of Cloudflare’s application and security portfolio, including DNS, WAF, DDoS, Bot Management, and CDN, as well as cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience protecting web applications, APIs, and web services with WAF, DDoS, DNS, and Bot Management tools.
- Proven experience working with Cloudflare products in enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and consultative communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in customer environments and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Hands-on coding, Cloudflare Workers, Workers AI, and prior customer onsite placement experience are preferred.
