Responsibilities

  • Independently diagnose and resolve problems in the Teleport product and customer environments.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
  • Design customer architecture and advocate for best practices during deployments.
  • Lead technical discussions as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding.
  • Create and maintain cloud and Kubernetes environments for feature demonstrations.
  • Deploy, test, and validate new features and customer issues in various environments.
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to report and triage customer escalations.
  • Plan and maintain training programs for new users to ensure successful product migration.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding or system administration roles.
  • Proficient in Linux administration.
  • Hands-on experience with major public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes; certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with security principles and technologies such as SSH, PKI, 2FA, and SSO.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
