Responsibilities
- Independently diagnose and resolve problems in the Teleport product and customer environments.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Design customer architecture and advocate for best practices during deployments.
- Lead technical discussions as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding.
- Create and maintain cloud and Kubernetes environments for feature demonstrations.
- Deploy, test, and validate new features and customer issues in various environments.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to report and triage customer escalations.
- Plan and maintain training programs for new users to ensure successful product migration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding or system administration roles.
- Proficient in Linux administration.
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes; certifications are a plus.
- Experience with security principles and technologies such as SSH, PKI, 2FA, and SSO.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
