Responsibilities
- Drive deployment automation across production and test EKS clusters using Flux and Argo CD.
- Own infrastructure requirements and coordinate the maintenance backlog.
- Build and maintain a scalable, automated platform foundation across production and development environments.
- Integrate and extend AI agents for incident triage, deployment pipelines, and internal engineering workflows.
- Support identity-focused infrastructure for Ping’s authentication and authorization services.
- Collaborate with delivery engineers, product owners, and software developers across teams.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management using Helm, Terraform, and Crossplane.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Istio, and Flux GitOps workflows, with hands-on experience operating container workloads on EKS.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting using New Relic, Splunk, and PagerDuty.
- Experience using AI agents and LLM-based tooling in daily engineering work.
- Familiarity with secrets management, particularly SOPS and AWS KMS.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools, ideally CircleCI.
- Bonus experience with internal AI agents, prompt engineering, tool integrations, agentic workflows, Python or Go, identity and security infrastructure, OAuth 2.0, SAML, zero-trust, mTLS, or Ping Identity products.
