Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with Jira, SAP, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and other enterprise applications.
- Drive CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, automation, platform optimization, scalability, performance, and data quality.
- Lead solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and development best practices while collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Lead technical teams and enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and ServiceNow platform development.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as CSM, SPM, SAM Pro, SecOps, FSM, or GRC.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Preferred knowledge of Jira and AWS.
