Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ERP financial software using Oracle and PL/SQL.
- Integrate financial applications with Spectrum platforms and data sources.
- Apply security standards and regulatory compliance requirements to financial systems.
- Identify and resolve defects and integration issues in ERP applications.
- Lead code reviews, debug and test software, and estimate effort for new features.
- Mentor junior developers and support technical problem solving.
- Participate in Agile and Scrum processes and present technical work to teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with database management systems, including Oracle and PL/SQL.
- At least 2 years of experience coding, testing, and designing software for ERP or financial systems.
- At least 2 years of experience with software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL, and at least one additional major programming language or tool.
- Understanding of environments, containers, cloud-native development, APIs, data stores, and software architecture for ERP.
- Ability to analyze and resolve moderately complex financial system issues and break down ERP projects while meeting deadlines.
- Preferred: 4+ years of hands-on RDBM and PL/SQL experience, 4+ years of ERP or financial software development experience, 4+ years with modern software development methodologies, 3+ years of full-stack development, and experience with Java, Spring, API Gateway, and AWS.
