Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative software solutions for digital transformation and business performance improvement.
  • Design, code, test, integrate, and maintain scalable client applications.
  • Use Python, Java, and JavaScript to build software solutions.
  • Apply Azure AI technologies and enterprise application architecture to client problems.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Manage application lifecycles and software project planning.
  • Troubleshoot and debug software issues to optimize system performance.
  • Build client connections and contribute to technology consulting engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 4 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Preferred fields of study include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, and Software Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Acceptance Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Python, Java, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Azure App Service, and Azure Function is required.
  • Strong client management, analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and ability to navigate complex software engineering challenges are preferred.
