Responsibilities
- Research, develop, implement, and iteratively improve algorithms for supply chain forecasting, replenishment, capacity planning, and inventory allocation.
- Apply pre-training, continuous pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and AI agent techniques to business scenarios.
- Collaborate with business teams to deliver algorithmic value and improve operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
- Explore new applications of algorithmic and large-model technologies across business areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning and hands-on experience applying algorithms in real-world business scenarios.
- Practical industry experience with large models, including supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and AI agents.
- Familiarity with LLaMA Factory and proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, continuous-learning orientation, and awareness of current large-model technologies.
- Preferred: published work at conferences such as KDD, NeurIPS, ICML, SIGIR, WSDM, WWW, AAAI, IJCAI, or RecSys, or success in machine learning competitions.
