Responsibilities
- Build workflows to streamline problem-solving with minimal human intervention.
- Stay updated on AI-assisted development and advocate for its use at Cartesia.
- Develop automated end-to-end development and evaluation harnesses for coding agents.
- Create a playbook for building data-connected, IAM-aware internal tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong fundamentals in software engineering with a focus on maintainable code.
- Expertise in TypeScript, Python, or Go.
- Curiosity about agentic coding tools and optimizing workflows.
- Strong writing skills for crafting detailed agent instructions and internal communication.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical teams to build internal tools.
