Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to accelerate the roadmap.
- Collaborate with teams across Vanta on engineering initiatives and product primitives.
- Mentor engineers, assigning tasks and helping them develop their skills.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full stack experience with a focus on backend skills.
- Experience leading small teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprises.
- Experience with 0→1 product development and solving complex engineering problems.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and willingness to use AI responsibly.
