Base Salary
$140k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build highly scalable solutions across the entire stack.
- Develop new features, tools, frameworks, and workflows.
- Drive projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and security.
- Work with agile methodologies and pursue continuous learning.
- Participate in on-call rotation for production issue resolution.
- Create run-books, metrics, and dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Experience with server-side Java development and modern frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with RDBMS, ideally PostgreSQL.
- Expertise in front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Ability to visualize and build proposed systems.
- Proven troubleshooting skills in complex systems.
- Effective communication skills within teams and across the organization.
