Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing features end-to-end from architecture decisions and implementation through production release.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and Sales to identify pain points and inform priorities.
- Conduct product discovery through hypotheses, lightweight experiments, and outcome measurement.
- Instrument owned areas with metrics to support data-driven product decisions.
- Build pragmatic, scalable software while balancing customer value and long-term maintainability.
- Drive initiatives proactively and communicate asynchronously with low meeting overhead.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering customer-facing web applications end-to-end.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product discovery, run experiments, and measure outcomes.
- Experience identifying, collecting, and using metrics for product decisions.
- Comfort working directly with customers, partners, and Sales.
- Native-level German proficiency and fluent English.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and sound judgment when balancing speed, quality, and effort.
- Experience integrating LLMs such as OpenAI APIs into production applications is preferred.
- Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act considerations for AI services is preferred.
- High-growth startup experience is preferred.
Benefits
- Salary range of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually.
