Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Talk directly with users to understand requirements, build requested functionality, gather feedback, and iterate.
- Craft delightful product interactions across the product.
- Identify and implement improvements to the core product, foundations, databases, and internal tooling.
- Handle additional work needed to move the company forward and maintain operations.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and share learnings openly.
- Share and promote work publicly through channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
Requirements
- Experience building 0-to-1 products as a founder or early engineer at a funded startup.
- Hands-on experience with current AI models, including understanding model capabilities, behavioral nuances, and prompting techniques.
- Data science experience, particularly with clustering and anomaly detection.
- Clear, thoughtful communication on technical and strategic topics, with the ability to contribute ideas to company foundations.
- Well-crafted and tasteful design work examples.
- Preferred: experience with programming-language tooling such as compilers, parsers, or indexers, or with type systems.
