Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to balance requirements and project strategy.
- Lead the team in code quality and manage technical debt and improvement roadmaps.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning.

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong experience in microservices architecture.
- Proven technical leadership across multiple teams.
- High standard of technical judgment and innovation.
- Experience working with product teams on tech debt and improvements.
- Proficient with monitoring tools like Datadog and setting SLAs.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
- Strong mentoring and delegation skills.
- Passion for quality and understanding of SDLC best practices.
- Strong ownership of technical delivery outcomes.
- Experience in server-side Java development.
- Knowledge of AWS technologies and database management.
- Interest in the fast-paced sports betting industry.
