Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Set and evolve technical standards and architecture for mobile features.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex projects requiring deep technical judgment.
- Identify and implement improvements to developer tooling and workflows.
- Define and enforce standards for component architecture and performance.
- Mentor engineers at all levels to foster technical growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure effective integration of the mobile app with backend services.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical production issues.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in building production React Native applications at scale.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical initiatives.
- Experience with the full mobile development lifecycle.
- History of elevating engineering teams through mentorship and leadership.
- Mastery-level proficiency in TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in React Native, including performance and native modules.
- Expert experience with Expo and mobile build infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of mobile testing strategies at scale.
- Proficiency with CI/CD for mobile workflows.
- Understanding of backend API patterns.
