Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and refine custom software components across systems and applications.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to deliver solutions.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Solve problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to implement software development best practices that improve efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC is required.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL and related technologies.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and practices.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
