Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs, transformer architectures, and models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, and Falcon.
- Fine-tune and customize foundation models with domain-specific datasets and techniques.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and agentic AI implementations using Crew.ai, LangChain, or LangGraph.
- Implement and optimize model pipelines using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and ML pipeline tools.
- Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to productionize GenAI models on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through REST APIs and custom interfaces.
- Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics and improve outputs through experimentation.
- Ensure deployed AI models are robust, scalable, and compliant, while staying current with GenAI research and open-source tools.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience.
- Bachelor of Technology, B.E., B.Tech., M.Tech., or MCA qualification as stated in the posting.
- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, transformers, Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms and AI services such as Azure AI Foundry or GCP Vertex.
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing REST APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with MLflow, Weights & Biases, Git, and ML-focused CI/CD tools such as Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Preferred experience with RAG, FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Streamlit, Gradio, Docker, Kubernetes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, spaCy, and NLTK.
- Experience fine-tuning models and working with small language models is desirable.
