Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable SaaS applications using industry best practices.
- Architect solutions and drive technical decisions involving platform architecture, coding standards, and implementation strategies.
- Contribute across the development lifecycle, including design, programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards and quality.
- Mentor and guide junior team members and support their professional development.
- Estimate development efforts and help ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on application design.
- Provide technical leadership to management and help shape the technical roadmap for new products.
- Explore new technologies, tools, and projects that support innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience across software development languages and technologies.
- Extensive experience with .NET development, including C# and VB.NET.
- Expertise developing responsive front-end and single-page applications with Angular.
- Strong knowledge of API design and development, including Swagger and Postman.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
- Experience with DataDog for observability, application performance monitoring, and real user monitoring.
- Experience with cloud-native development using AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with agentic AI-first development tools and processes.
- Understanding of web services and web application security.
- Lead-level knowledge of design patterns and N-Tier architecture for enterprise applications.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and core computer science principles.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, maintainable code and translate business requirements into analytics solutions and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
