Responsibilities

  • Drive partner bootcamps and hackathons to accelerate business cycles, improve delivery quality, and support cloud consumption.
  • Provide pre-sales architectural support to regional system integrators and strategic partners, acting as a technical peer to Account Customer Engineers.
  • Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by creating reusable enterprise assets and leading technical sessions and hackathons.
  • Build, operate, and maintain the EMEA Partner Technology Community and contribute domain expertise.
  • Review and validate high-impact statements of work to support production readiness and partner funding return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Partner Development Managers to execute joint business plans across the assigned sub-region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience with public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, IAM, and microservices.
  • Experience accelerating pre-sales agreements, running technical proofs of concept, and leading technical workshops.
  • Preferred experience with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes.
  • Preferred experience in artificial intelligence, data, or infrastructure domains.
  • Ability to translate business needs to technology solutions, challenge partner delivery strategies, and orchestrate solutions across multiple products.
  • Ability to influence partner technical audiences, identify expansion engagements, and reduce partner-delivery escalations.
